In our Prague's Ether studio, we profess the traditional tailoring and leather craftsmanship and use only quality materials. For the production of minimalist luxury accessories, we use the best, carefully selected leathers from Italian tanneries, which are created as a secondary product in meat processing. We locate all production in the Czech Republic in order to support local manufactories, regardless of financial demands. Individual collections of accessories and clothing are not subject to seasonality, and therefore we place maximum emphasis on their timeless design and execution.

Care of leather accessories
At Ether, we rely on the highest quality Italian nappa leather. Proper care of our products will extend their life and is in line with our values, which include timelessness, tradition and sustainability.
When maintaining the skin, do not use soap or other similar cleansers, avoid anything containing alcohol, but also wax and balm. For cleansing, it is best to choose a clean wet cloth to clean the skin very gently, or use a special product designed specifically to hydrate nappa cow leather.
Always store leather accessories away from humid and sunny places or the reach of a radiator or other heat source. To increase service life, use the Ether protective bag that comes with the product at the time of purchase.

Delivery
All our products are limited and always produced in only a few pieces. Therefore, the delivery time may vary. From 5-7 working days for the Czech Republic to 5-10 working days within the EU if we have the product in stock. When we produce a new piece just for you, the delivery time is 4-7 weeks. Precision and uniqueness takes time.

Standard delivery throughout the Czech Republic is CZK 350,- / EUR 15
Standard delivery throughout the Czech Republic for small products is CZK 100,- / EUR 5

Guarantee policy / conditions
The guarantee period for all products is 24 months from the date when the customer received the goods. However, due to the overall nature of our brand, we offer an above-standard approach that goes against the sustainability of the clothing industry. Therefore, do not hesitate to contact us even after the expiration of the guarantee period, or with damages not covered by the guarantee. We will be happy to try to help you.
Return policy
The deadline for returning the goods is 14 days from the day the customer received the order. Returned products must not be used, cleaned or washed. They must be in their original condition and, if possible, in their original packaging, including all components belonging to the product. Return postage is paid by the customer. If possible, attach this document to the package with the returned product. After evaluating the condition of the product, your money will be refunded to the account number you provided.
